Are you talking about "2010ASRA-CCSRulebook.pdf" or something different? I was able to download 2010ASRA-CCSRulebook.pdf, open it and go through the whole rulebook.

I guess that is the one. I tried it on and off for a day or so before I decided to bother you. I kept getting "file corrupted and un-repairable" from Adobe Acrobat.

Sorry for the false alarm...
